Join us

If you think that you might like to join the Gwalia then why not start by coming along to a rehearsal.

We meet most Wednesdays from 7.30 to 9.30pm at the London Welsh Centre on Grays Inn Road, WC1X 8UE - not far from Russell Square Underground station and Kings Cross railway station.

Our rehearsals, whilst very focussed, are relaxed and informal. Afterwards we usually retire to the comfort of the first floor bar at the Centre to chat and sometimes to sing a few songs just for fun. We are a very welcoming bunch and are sure that you will enjoy your visit.

You don't need to be able to speak Welsh or to even be a great singer. We do not audition our choristers and will work with you to find the right choir section to suit your range and your voice (we sing four part harmonies arranged for 1st Tenor, 2nd Tenor, Baritone and Bass).

If you want to know more then feel free to give us a call, drop us an email, or just come along - we are confident that you won't regret it.

Take a look at our Diary and News sections via the tabs at the top of this page, and you will see that singing with the Gwalia is a passport to visiting interesting places, meeting interesting people, and most of all having a good time.
